A Decent Stay Near Main Attractions
great location major attractions friendly staff unheated pool extra charge swim cap
I enjoyed the hotel's location. It was an easy walk to the main street, and the tram was very close. Major attractions were also nearby (which saved on transport). The included breakfast was excellent, and the staff, especially Lale and Malik, were friendly. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the hotel.
The indoor pool was not heated, and I reported this to the reception. nothing was done to fix the issue, disappointing. I was also required to wear a swimming cap to use the pool. If I didn't have one, I had to buy it from the hotel for an extra charge.

Elegant Stay Close to Everything!
convenient location free water warm reception
The location was very convenient close to the grand bazaar. This was a lovely bonus for exploring. The staff showed kindness offering free water for two days, I found that sweet! The reception provided warmth and they welcomed me to leave luggage before check-in, I found this very helpful.
The breakfast was the SAME every day, I hoped for more variety. The indoor pool was not heated, I wish they had resolved this. The bathroom essentials were not refilled, I had to request them nightly.

The hotel is close to a main street with shops and also walking distance from key attractions. It's very central, offering easy access to major shopping areas and historical sites . I thought this was Ideal for exploring the area.

mixed experience at best
sound issue noise
the staff was friendly enough at least they managed to get my bags to my room.
my room was supposed to be soundproof, but i heard everything going on next door it was not relaxing at all the noise really bothered me especially at night.
